The OfficeMax deal on the front page doesn't work anymore...
RossMAN replied to Zim Hosein's topic in Discuss GottaDEAL
Zim, thanks for pointing this out. Brad has corrected the link. -
Thank you for that very kind offer but it's not necessary

Creative Nomad MuVo NX 256MB MP3 Player - $91.99 Shipped - Buy.com
RossMAN replied to GottaDEAL's topic in Online Hot Deals
Very nice deal on a highly rated MP3 player. If only this had an FM tuner, I plan on ordering the Creative Labs NOMAD MuVo TX from Amazon.com with free shipping. -
Yep it was created after Amanda originally posted this question :)

That is an excellent question. The BEST price I have ever seen happened September 15, 2003 when all the stars aigned together and Dell Small Business was offering: 1800FP: $529 - 20% automatic - 10% stackable = $380.88 1901FP: $649 - 20% automatic - 10% stackable = $467.28 2000FP: $999 - 20% automatic - 10% stackable = $719.28 I still regret not ordering a 1901FP for $467 it was a VERY HOT PRICE. I should have ordered 2, selling our current 1900FP. That's how hot it was. This is a very rare deal that might come along every 1.5 - 2 years. The problem is Dell rarely offers 20% off discounts ... lately it's been $ off $ which doesn't yield as great savings discount. My advice is to BUY now before these specials end and prices go back up. Otherwise "you snooze, you lose"

Bobby, You're welcome :) I'd like to thank you for being such an active and integral part of the forums. There is nothing Brad and I love more than people posting, posting, posting and even more posting! As long as the web site is helping people save money and the forums are being used, we're as happy as clams. [Homer] clam chowder [/Homer]

Thank you :) Helping people save money is why this web site and growing community exists. Why pay retail?

Thank you for the compliment :) This is how I am in real life. Brad and I have set the utmost highest standards for the web site and forums. Treating other forum members with anything but sincerity or respect will not be tolerated, unless you like being all the time

Yep we wanted to make it easy and hassle free for people looking for a Hot Deal. Thank you for your keen observation and bringing this to our attention :)

That's been done before, it's gotta remain unique for you!

Zim, I don't think that's possible because I doubt it would be worth it. There are already at least a dozen established and reputable trading forums online. Maybe 1-2 people would benefit from it but I doubt it would be worth the effort. Excellent suggestion though, thank you :) Ross

You don't understand how much I LOVE our Dell 1900FP LCD (I paid $700 which at the time was a Hot Deal). If I were in the market to buy a new LCD today, I would not hesitate in ordering the Dell 1901FP. It looks great, awesome clarify, brightness, sharpness, good response time, 1280x1024 resolution is IDEAL for me and the re-assurance of a 3 year warranty. My 1900FP is a rebadged Samsung 191T, I'm assuming the 1901FP is also a rebadged Samsung. Perhaps Brad knows.

Bump for you. If I find any, I'll ship them all to you free of charge. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Bobby, I have another possible solution but it would require someone to manually ship to the Virgin Islands (which isn't that difficult at your local USPS office). It isn't exactly cheap but CompUSA.com has an MegaStor 7-in-1 Dual Layer 8x External USB 2.0 DVD+/-RW Drive for $119.99 after rebates. Add something for $0.01 or more and receive $0.01 shipping. Shipping from Arizona to St Croix 00851 via USPS is around $12.83 via parcel post and $14.05 priority mail. Or buy the newegg.com burner for $80 shipped and ship it yourself to St. Croix for around $15. Hope this helps :)

Thanks Bobby :)

RossMAN replied to RossMAN's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
No worries As the holiday season approaches, I'm sure there will be more deals on LCDs. -
Any idea how fast the Zen's USB 2.0 is compared to the iPod's FireWire? Very hot deal :)
