  1. No, that was the Dell Inspiron 8600 which seems to have disappeared from their web site. The 8600 was better than this but this was a better price. So pick your poison.
  2. Confirmed, for anyone curious here is a mirror of the dead deal. Hot Deals 101: You snooze, you lose
  3. Just ordered because I hate missing out on a smokin' Hot Deal! While ordering make sure you see the $250 rebate offer as shown below: http://www.rossworx.com/Dell6000rebate.jpg
  4. I've seen good deals at CostCo B&M
  5. LOL Thanks, I knew it sounded familiar. <--- old at the age of 30, yeah that's my excuse.
  6. Likewise and thank you for supporting GottaDeal.com edmicman!!! What exactly is "geocaching" again?
  7. Jared - Thank you so much for this suggestion, I wonder why I didn't think of this sooner? It makes navigating the forums so much easier and faster, so thank you again!
  8. Agreed and thank you for this suggestion.
  9. My Fellowes ($79.99 @ CostCo) handles 8 pages. The Staples shredder is half the price, I'd go for that.
  10. I can't recall if our Fellowes shredder ($79.99) from CostCo can handle cc's or not, it does staples just fine. What sucks is they tend to overheat quite easily so after 100 sheets you should call it quits for the day.
  11. Staples Easy Rebates are great, although CostCo has been doing that for a while. Congratulations on your new shredder, what kind of stuff will you be shredding?
  12. Really? Even better, I'd definitely go with that model :)
  13. Here is a significantly cheaper shredder for $19.99 after rebate but it's light duty and doesn't handle staples.
  14. Slightly over your budget but this isn't an entry level shredder and is quite powerful. Staples.com offers a shredder for $54.94 after rebate. # Medium Duty # Shreds credit cards # Auto Start and stop # Convenient one hand operation
  15. Excellent suggestion and this is already in the works. I'd also like to customize the forum and add some "shopping" or "support GottaDeal" links near the top. Let's say you want to buy a 1GB MP3 Player from Buy.com and want to see if there are any coupons? Instead of going to the sitemap it would be at the top of the forums. So do I. Thank you. Brad and I make an incredible team and we're always looking for ways to improve the site and forums. So feedback is always welcome. Hehe you may be onto something. We could introduce a GottaDeal blog service where people can post about their day including what they bought (complete with affiliate links of course) and how much they saved. Please keep the suggestions coming.
  16. We recently bought a shredder and it's been great shredding our financial documents :) What's your budget?
  17. D'oh Scott broke the tie and not in my favor
  18. So far it's a tie ... who will be the tie breaker?
  19. Usually whenever I search I like to specify which forums to search and other criteria. So my question to you is, do you normally use the quick search or full search? Quick Search http://www.gottadeal.com/rossman/GDsearch.jpg Full Search (or Advanced Search) http://www.gottadeal.com/rossman/GDsearchfull.jpg
  20. But it's not under the instant messaging field (hey I gotta complain about something) Thanks.
  21. Think it's possible to add a Skype field under instant messaging in your profile?
  22. OMG I think that's the longest post I have ever seen from you.
  23. This was a very popular deal, I'm sure Dell sold thousands in a matter of a few hours.
  24. They even offer caskets! Maybe you have BJ's or Sam's Club in your area?
  25. I suppose it could be a sub-forum from The Lounge.
