I guess I will not be fighting crowds at Kohl's this year !! we didn't go to Kohl's last year until late afternoon and they did still honor SOME of the door buster prices because of how crowded it was that morning and not being able to get through the check out lines ! nothing in the ad makes me want to fight for it !! But I am excited to finally see a major ad and hoping like everyone else that more follow soon !!

If you like pumpkin pie this is easy to make , no baking and adds a different twist to plain old pumpkin !! and it taste great ! Double Layer Pumpkin Pie 1 pkg (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese , softened 1 cup plus 1 tbsp. milk, divided 1 tbsp. sugar 1 8 oz tub cool whip 1 graham cracker pie crust 1 15oz. can pumpkin 2 3.4 oz packages of jello-o vanilla flavor instant pudding 1tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves beat cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in large bowl until blended. Stir in 1/2 of whipped topping . Spread into crust. Whisk remaining milk , pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices together until blended. (mixture will be thick) Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate approx. 4 hours or until set. top with remaining whipped topping if desired when served.

for me it use to be the killer deals that made me do it ..........now it is more of a shopping day with friends and the fun we have. If we manage to snag some good bargains then great if not oh well ! I done a lot of shopping on line last year and got some amazing deals with a lot of times getting free shipping to boot ! I love going out on BF more for the thrill of hunting the deals and I love to watch and listen to people that are out also .......you get some really good laughs !!

I have not participated in this event in past years but would love to this year !! sounds like fun !!

there was an article in our local newspaper today about our local walmart stating that walmart will be open for thanksgiving and will not close thanksgiving night . You will be able to go inside the store and associates will be on hand to direct you to the "hot big ticket items location" there will then be a line formed for that item and they will be keeping count on your number in line. when that line reaches the limit for that item they will let everyone know that they are at the limit for that item and shut that line down for that item. that way you will not stand in line for hrs. and then not get the item you were trying to get (which makes people upset). so guess I am going to spend thurs. night in walmart !! lol should be interesting. but at least if I get there and they say I am not going to get something I will just go to the next item. I am in southern ohio by the way .
