I've never noticed any decent sales there SINCE they were bought by TigerDirect. I think last year they sent out an email about offers.

The christmas guarantee does NOT apply to BF only price matching does. Regardless, if you bought the item ay Hastings Walmart will not adjust anything. That's a choice you need to make whether getting at Hastings or trying to price match. I have never attempted to PM anything on BF but have heard both good and bad stories on here. I'm thinking your first step would be to see if Walmart even sells the 360kinnect bundle without any games since Hastings ad doesn't mention/picture one. IF they do then you will have to consider your options, they may very well move that one off the floor space to make space for the one in sale with adventures game. If you're walmart is a 24 hour one you could just walk in a few hours earlier check if it's there then either pick up and wait or head over to Hastings depending how far it is.

hmmm..they probably won't price adjust but you should be able to buy the cheaper one and return using more expensive receipt (assuming it's the same one AND that they have Customer Service open).

I personally have never had anything cancelled from Walmart but some stuff did go pretty quick last year. I haven't shopped for toys on a BF in forever so no clue about quantities/availability. I also don't recall any bru-ha-ha over cancelled orders from Walmart on here either so if can order you should be ok :)

I kind of agree with your husband but then again a 6yo probably wouldn't fit in these very well(unless he's small). Maybe take them to the store and see if he fits or just look at it yourself in person(if you're good in measuring space). My bff got her daughter a blue mini for her 4th bday but baby brother was only 18 months or so at the time. Is the oldest girl a girly girl? I can see how it would be cool to get her a bright pink one but if she doesn't care either way and it's just to fulfill your dream then maybe go with the blue anyhow? I'm not blown away by anything in the ad, most things are 40-50% off which is the equivalent of their BOGO sales. I thankfully got ALL my toys 75% off at Target toy sale. The coupon booklet(on last page) could be interesting so maybe I'll pass by for that depending on opening time but not a must have.

That is how it should work and I sincerely hope ALL cashiers will be taught how to do this. I went in a couple weeks ago and had to wait about 5 minutes for a helper as cashier didn't know how to do it. I can imagine that will be a great waste of time on BF and piss any people off in line behind you.

I was just about to post that. This hasn't happened to me in many years but for a few it was year after year until I started calling beforehand. To the person who posted about debit cards as an alternative, beware I have had my debit card placed on hold twice in the last year BOTH times while I was attempting a medication refill at Walgreens which is a popular place w/ my debit card (I usually make small purchases there and use them to complete my 12 req uses of debit card for high yield checking). After the 2nd time I requested a supervisor AND wrote them a nice letter. If I hadn't been carrying my checkbook I would have had to wait for bank to resolve their crap as I don't carry more than $10 at any time. It's one thing to be looking for suspicious behaviour but a complete other to stop me from using my acct which has more than enough to cover a practically recurring monthly purchase.

walmart and target price match. Not sure what the deal with Target would be since Price matching has to be done at the guest/customer service desk.

If you're still having problems try, try again. I am using firefox and had some issues yesterday with a few but I just stopped the lagged download and restarted a few times and worked.
