  1. I know you guys don't want to hear this but apparently they're disappointing: https://www.thesun.co.uk/living/2274798/mum-writes-honest-hatchimal-review/ Might be worth talking kids out of it, if not there's several different types of IOU letters online from Santa about delivery in January: http://blog.feelgreatin8.com/cant-find-a-hatchimal/ Seems like this is the new Cabbage Patch marketing craze to make a not so great toy seem can't live without
  2. Glad she got to experience it and enjoy it overall. Sorry she had to deal with those women. People seem to have REAL trouble understanding that service animals have very serious jobs to do and shouldn't be distracted. Other people just think they have a right to pet ANY animal. I can't count the number of times people have NOT listened and NEARLY been bitten by Bella.
  3. ordered a couple of sheet sets and my little mermaid sweater
  4. Good luck! Just reading that has made me tired:P My mom has made a turkey for work and JUST that and then another for us and some sides she's shattered for BF shopping, I can't imagine cooking 3 complete meals with all the fixings. Your kindness is appreciated
  5. I got my pack today and was please to find a beanie, some pens, business cards , magnets, bottle opener, stickers and a $5 Amazon gift card Big winner is STILL out there!
  6. Bingo....when I was finally able to get the order to go through the fraud rep gave me different options for leaving a flag on account including suggesting I delete my credit card once order was processed.
  7. that was adorable...someone messed with my account and tried to order themselves a vacuum. I have all their info on my account, maybe I'll send them a nice Christmas Card for their effort in causing me issues using my own card and online account.....grrr
  8. No luck online, depends on the store. I have one locally that lets me use within a week last time I checked
  9. We're fine, rebate forms say online 11/21-11/25 hamilton: https://www.kohls.com/rebates/11.21KitchenAppliances1.pdf bella: https://www.kohls.com/rebates/11.21Bella.pdf
  10. I'm so late with everything Just saw lovely madden boots I want and hoping they're in sale but item search doesn't seem to show that. Need to review ad.
  11. Thanks for trying. I'm going to stop by local store again and try kohls during lunch tomorrow. I'm good at spying the LAST of things if I try real hard.
  12. thank you all, I asked my brother to check his stores n Texas but apparently he's getting a lot of who/what's Just looked up and it was released on October 1st so probably little chance at this point unless its a little town/hidden hallmark. The one I got my stuff at last year is closed and others locally are out.
  13. Long shot but if anyone is able and willing to get me the sally limited edition ornament I'd happily pay for shipping. It's already going for double on ebay and nobody local has http://www.hallmark.com/ornaments/keepsake-ornaments/sally-from-tim-burtons-the-nightmare-before-christmas-ornament-1595QXE3111.html

  15. Thinking of getting wii u for godkids and saw nothing..maybe go used
  16. welcome and welcome back
  17. I've been so busy this year, didn't really have time to look either way. Its nice to get better copies to see movies better
  18. that's really lackluster..maybe the atari is worth it with employee discount?
  19. I was looking at the atari console and considering finding our old Atari and testing it because I never have. My brother SAID it was broke but you never know.
  20. rude AND for whatever reason their coupons exclude most of their disney merchandise. Seems like more and more stores are making coupons harder to use.
  21. Thankfully this isn't an issue anymore where we used to have Thanksgiving dinner is no longer acceptable so instead we have Thanksgiving lunch and were out last year in time for Macy's opening. If we still went elsewhere for dinner though I'd have to make do with my online shopping and whatever I could get afterwards. We even gained a shopper last year who was more than a little surprised when we didn't get back until around midnight.
  22. I bought one at Walmart last year to replace the one we bought a year earlier....for the price we paid it was worth it considering how much we use it with 2 dogs.
  23. Also for op, if sticking to DSLR get a decent bag. I REALLY hate the huge boxy one that comes with Canon's, I'm ok with taking camera and spare in the older black vinyl-y Canon bags but depending in preference daught may prefer something else. I brought a nice looking one on sale last BF and it only fits camera with smaller lens and maybe spare battery. The boxy one is a good sturdy bag it's just not for me. I only use it to store smaller bag with stuff in it if I'm taking a lot of stuff to hotel with me so I don't wind up throwing smaller bag about and possibly damaging spare lens.
  24. I think we'll try for $39 one...have a couple of blurays to pick up and if we go by years past they always have tons of the electronic things at store piled
  25. I've been sorely disappointed with Amazon's lack of organization for deals and general lack of deals. I'm grateful for free prime through BFF but it's rarely used compared to years ago when there was something on order almost every month. Last BF, may have gotten a couple of things (literally) from amazon and I think it was toys for the kids.
