My Walmart had about 30 sitting on the shelves for the $30 price. They didn't seem to be moving.

Mine had been opened as well, but everything was intact that I saw. It's wrapped now or I'd go through it again.

I bought my instore today... of course they are shipping it. Such a stupid concept. Anyhow, they couldn't get anything to work. The rebates, the price, nothing. It took forever and then they wanted to charge me $59 for shipping! That didn't happen and they took it off.

There IS HOPE! I got the cancellation notice for 3 of the 5 trikes I ordered! No shipping notice on those 3 either and ALL 5 ARRIVED TODAY!

Well I was wrong. I ordered 5. 2 of mine escaped the warehouse before the pricing was caught. I just received a notice for the rest that they are cancelled. Oh well:( Anyhoo, the other 2 tracking numbers are working via UPS and are scheduled for tomorrow, so we'll see.

I got all 5 of my shipping notices today. I hope they do come!

Yeah right, seeing as how you can still get one as of this very min. if you are willing to pay $249. An earlier poster bought one at that price, called, confirmed it was in stock just to prove a point. I can't stand dishonest companies.

I agree! I think that is EXACTLY what they are doing. I think we should keep flooding them with calls and emails. If it isn't illegal it is definitely UNETHICAL.

TRU took my phone number too. I have no doubt they have plenty to sell and just don't want to honor their mistake. I wrote corporate as well and told them how disappointed I was and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm so upset. I got my kids so excited and then had to tell them otherwise and I can't afford a 250 play house. BTW, My 1st post!
