I'm torn between a refurbed apple ipod nano and a Creative Zen, both 2 gb. Zen plays movies though. This is for a 3rd grader, so $80 is the price range as if you saw her bedroom you'd realize I can't invest a ton of money. Which would you purchase and why? Are movies expensive to download? Would there be any need for these additional features over the apple refurbed nanos?

I'm looking for a fire/water proof safe that is under $100 and lasts in these conditions for more than a 1/2 hour.

Does anyone's machine have an echo issue? Ours has a pretty annoying echo. Still worth the $12 bucks I paid. Can I fix it? Are they all like this?

I HATE Dell. I was sent 2 bad laptops. No one EVER wanted to take responsibility for them! EVER. (Sorry, this topic makes me hot!) They treated me like an idiot. I had to get really mean and nasty:o for them to give me money back and I was within the 21 day return period. I spent DAYS on the phone arguing with them and they kept having me do the same things over and over without results. I WILL NEVER shop DELL AGAIN!
