I know others who just let their membership expire and then just sign up with one of the discounts under a different email each year. With the app and digital membership card you never have to go to the desk to get a physical card anymore so there's virtually no chance they'll catch you using the promotion when you weren't eligible. The only downside is you lose your purchase history, etc. and if you need to return something later you'll have to remember what account it was under.

Interesting that they are starting it later this year. Last year it started on October 11th.

There, you got a Costco BF ad. Same Friday as it was posted last year. Other than Sam's Club's 2-page no-prices preview ad last year, we're on the same schedule as last year. It's still early.

I'm pretty sure there is no noticeable differences between the new and old models aside from appearance. If anything Sony probably is using cheaper components to cut costs so I wouldn't switch.
