We post whatever scanned ads and lists that we receive, and if a store contacts us and demands that they be removed, we remove them and will put them back up a few days before BF. Simple as that. There have been a few stores over the years that have done this, but the number is very, very small.

Not really. Although you could look in the 2005 forum archive and see when the threads were created for each store. I believe I created a thread when each new ad was posted, so just look at the date of the original post on those threads to give you an idea of when each was released.
