Not really. Last year they had their normal weekly Friday Sale (which wasn't any better than in past weeks), and they matched a few of the ad items from other stores (I remember the PSP system was one of them) but for the most part, they don't do much different from normal.

Another update. Those who ordered over the holiday weekend will have their items shipped this afternoon :)

I'm usually home making sure the site is still running smoothly and updating the list of items that you can buy online. Last year I stayed up Thursday night until around 6am Friday morning because Wal-Mart was putting their ad items online early in the morning. Took a short nap and was back at it a few hours later updating things as the day went on.

I run the largest BF site online and even I don't go out on BF (usually)

LOL. I wanted to wait until mid-September like always, but the 10 or so BF threads in Deal Discussion (and all the whining ) convinced me to open them a little earlier. The "official" site opening won't happen for a little while longer.

We are going to wait a little longer to see if eve comes back this year to run it once again as she's done a great job the past few years. If she doesn't come back this year, then DramaQueenLucy can fill in this year. It usually doesn't start for another month anyway, so please just be patient. Thanks.
