Their web site problems got major media coverage last year which definitely made them look bad. I'm guessing they'll be prepared this year to avoid that bad press.

With less than a month until Black Friday (and time running out quickly), I've got to start giving away more of these t-shirts so we're going to have a fun contest for this weekend. There are 2 ways to win: 1. Carve a pumpkin with some kind of GottaDeal and/or Black Friday theme. Post a picture of the pumpkin in this thread. Must be an actual pumpkin, not computer generated or using any other kind of cheating! The first 10 (now 15) people to complete this task (who haven't already won a t-shirt) will each win a Black Friday t-shirt! I think they started the first weekend of November last year, so we have another week to wait most likely.

Luckily I knew enough spanish from back in school that I was able to type up the ad ahead of time and had it all ready to post once we were allowed. I probably still have the scan somewhere on the computer. I should post it.

I think they insert it in spanish language newspapers in certain parts of the country, at least that's what our source told me.

Do you know if they printing the spanish language version there too? Story time, kiddies: a few years ago we were able to get a copy of the spanish language version of the WM BF ad weeks before the english version leaked (of course we couldn't post it, but we had it - I think the mods saw it early, lol), so I always wondered if the security procedures for the two versions were the same during the entire process of printing/distributing the ad.

Lets wait to see this 4-day sale before we start worrying about if it will impact the BF deals. A Target spokesperson saying there will be these vague "deeper discounts" doesn't mean much until we actually see the deals.

yeah there is an issue with it not coming up for quite a few people - there is a post on our facebook page where others have reported it. the developers are looking into it, so just give them some time and hopefully it will be available to everyone soon.

Can you guys see the Android app in the Market? It's strange because it gives me a "not found" message on my phone.
