also, walmart will be posting the full ad on their facebook page (facebook.com/walmart) and/or web site soon, so to save bandwidth we might just wait until it's up there and have you get it from them. they can afford the bandwidth.
-
so that's 3 years in a row that WM's proposed date for posting didn't hold up. will they go for 4 in a row next year?

TO ALL WINNERS: PLEASE REPLY TO THE PM I SENT YOU BY TOMORROW NIGHT OR RISK NOT GETTING YOUR SHIRT IN TIME FOR BLACK FRIDAY! Thanks

Update: I plan to make another post office run most likely on Monday or Tuesday night, so if you've won a shirt recently, you'd better get your address to my by then or you risk not getting your shirt in time for BF. I will be shipping all shirts won in the last 2 weeks.

Brad replied to Angelseyes28's topic in 2010
moved to holiday forum as this is more of a gifting discussion. -
That means download if you have a reason to. Don't download if you have no intention of going there - please conserve our bandwidth :)

Yeah a lot of them say gas extra, but they don't specify how much so we can't add them to the listings on the BF site.
-
I'm sure with all the extremely high amount of security procedures they used to protect the ad, they know about it being discussed on CNN (and likely everywhere else). The person I deal with at WM has my cell phone number and as soon as WM decides to pull the legal threat, the ad will be up. Being a Saturday night, I doubt that will happen before tomorrow at the earliest though.

LIVE Webcast This Saturday (Nov 13) @ 7pm Eastern - Your Questions Answered!
Brad replied to bigjimslade's topic in 2010
You'll be able to see and hear bigjimslade, but nobody will see or hear you. There will be a chat to the right of the video where you can post questions and comments. -
Exactly. I want everyone to see the ad as soon as possible without jeopardizing my business.
-
To tell them that it was out there. This is what has happened the past 2 years - it's been leaked and once Walmart saw that, they let us and others post it so we weren't punished for following the rules. I didn't give them any specific sites (I don't even know where it started from - people have been sending me links to various file sharing sites), just wanted them to know it had been leaked, which I'm sure they already knew.
-
Again, please do not discuss the contents of the ad. Do not PM people either looking for the ad or offering to send the ad. I have already alerted Walmart of the leak so if they go by the last few years, we will hopefully be allowed to post it much sooner than the 21st.

For anyone considering the Harmony 650 remote on the back page, I definitely recommend it. I bought it about a month ago for $25 more and it easily replaced a much more expensive remote I had.

Tivo Premier Personal DVR - $95.04 & Free Ship ($299) @ 6Ave.com
Brad replied to noehlp's topic in Online Hot Deals
You can use it with your cable, but you'll still have to pay the TiVo service fee. Also if you want some channels in HD, you'll need to rent a CableCARD from Comcast which will likely be a few bucks more per month.
