The Kohl's BF ad is one of the ads that is better to do online. They usually have almost all the items online, plus there is usually a 15% coupon code that makes the deals even better than they are in the ad (and in store).

Maybe there will be a free shipping no-minimum code floating around this year.

Minor clarification from WM today: "In past years, we have informed you ahead of time of a specific authorized release date for Walmart’s Black Friday Circular and Sunday after Thanksgiving Circular. This year we will be informing our you, in writing, as soon as it is permissible to release the Walmart Black Friday Circular and Sunday after Thanksgiving Circular." So pretty much like I said, once it's leaked enough that they can't stop it, they'll let everyone post it.

There really isn't a PDF as these were just pics taken off their Facebook game. We'll have the "real" ad with a PDF soon enough.

Update: On Novmber 3rd, lawyers for CVS demanded that their Black Friday ad be taken down and threatened legal action if it were not. Therefore, the CVS Black Friday ad will return to the site no later than November 20th. Please DO NOT post links of where to get it or offer to PM people links. Despite their lawyers' best efforts, the ad will likely still be relatively easy to find with a Google search, so you're on your own. Or just change the store name in another store's scan URL...

FYI, you might want to save the CVS ad to your computer. There's a good chance it will be gone within 24 hours...

Their shipping cost is determined by both the total order weight and the destination address, so it really depends on what you are buying (and to a lesser extent, where you live) to determine if you'll have to pay any extra.
