Shirts were shipped over the weekend to anyone who bought a shirt or won a shirt before 11/3. For those who won a shirt in the last contest or during Saturday's webcast, your shirts will go out with the next batch at the end of this week.

Just downloaded it here no problem. It's a big file (31MB) but there were no timeouts or anything. Last year they did ask us to take it down, but then sent over a clean copy anyway, so who knows what will happen today.

Thanks for the feedback. We added the "most views" component to encourage better deals to be posted but we'll definitely be re-evaluating the way future contests are run.

It all depends on how their sales are this year. If sales are down, they could likely assume people only shopped for a few hours vs. the whole day and re-think the whole early opening time trend. But if sales are as good or better than predicted, there's no telling what will happen next year. The numbers that come out in the days after BF will be very, very interesting.

Anonymous tip we received: "I'm an employee at Wal-Mart and we were just told that the Black Friday ad will be released on Monday, November 21,2011. We were given that info because the customer demand for the black friday ad is increasing dramatically." I'm guessing it'll leak before that...

Is there a specific store you are interested in?

Each store is different, and they can change from year to year. We'll have a tentative schedule the week of BF with when each store's sale is supposed to go online (including time zone).

As I posted in the thread: "This is not the entire ad (electronics, appliances, tools are MIA for the most part)" The full ad hasn't been leaked yet. Don't worry, there will be their usual big selection of tools on sale.

If you have one that is valid that day, sure. There are usually online codes that are valid on BF. Don't know about in-store. I know in the past if you called to say you lost your Kohl's Charge card, when they sent a new one they'd include a 15% coupon that was good for almost an entire month - something to think about...
