  1. If there is a store you want to discuss that we don't have a thread for in here, you can post one in the "Other Stores" sub-forum or even in the Online Hot Deals sub-forum once the sale has started.
  2. I got your address from bigjimslade from one of the webcasts. If you didn't actually win a shirt, consider yourself very lucky...
  3. We have an official Amazon thread in the newly-created Online Black Friday Sales sub-forum: http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/238052-amazoncom-black-friday-sale-discussion-thread/ Please continue the discussion, deal posting, etc... from the Amazon sale there.
  4. Also, for those of you who are trying to win the iPad mini in the contest posted here, posts made in this Online Black Friday Sales sub-forum will earn you double entries for the rest of the contest So discuss the sales, post the deals you find (with links of course), ask questions, let us know what you order, whine when Best Buy doesn't put their items online when they said they would, etc...
  5. Update 11/22: For the remainder of the contest, posts made in the new Online Black Friday Sales sub-forum will count for double entries!
  6. This is the 8th year we've had this particular sub-forum. For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, this is where we'll be posting every bit of information we receive about online Black Friday sales and deals. As always, to keep things organized and to prevent spamming, only the moderators and myself will be able to create new threads in here. Everyone can reply to the existing threads however. So once we post a thread for a sale, if you have info about starting times, or want to post a coupon you found to save everyone some money, go ahead. The more info you all share, the more useful this forum will be. If you know of a specific online Black Friday special, either PM me with the information or (preferably) use the contact form on the Black Friday site. We'll take a look at it, and if it looks good, it'll get its own thread in here. I will attempt to only post information confirmed by the retailers or our affiliate reps to avoid confusion. If we make guesses/predictions based on past years, we'll be sure to label them as such so nobody is disappointed if they don't come true. We will not have a thread for every possible sale. We'll post threads for the sales we think will generate the most discussion based on past years here on the forum. If you really think about sale deserves a sale, contact us. There will be more online Black Friday sales posted in the Online Hot Deals sub-forum. We'll use the thread titles to indicate which sales have started by adding a [sale Started] tag to threads for sales that have started already. Also, remember that this is a very popular sub-forum, but it's useless if we have to close the forum because of server load. So PLEASE do not constantly refresh threads every few seconds. This really is only an issue when the items go on sale (late Wednesday/Thursday nights), but take it easy on the server. Thanks.
  7. Our popular Online Black Friday Sale Tracker is back for this year: http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/Tracker This page will serve as "command center" for all the info we receive about major online Black Friday sales. There is a schedule posted, but as always, that schedule is tentative and subject to change, so don't treat any posted time as a 100% guarantee. The tracker will also have lists of ad items you can order right now at the Black Friday ad prices. We'll be adding new stores to the tracker as we hear details of the sales from store reps, so bookmark it and keep checking it.
  8. Amazon.com started their Black Friday Deals Week sale on Friday, November 21st. Amazon will have thousands of their popular Lightning Deals and other limited time offers. As always, you should also expect Amazon to match the most popular Black Friday deals from their competitors' actual sale ads. Last year's discussion thread: http://forums.gottadeal.com/topic/205007-amazoncom-black-friday-sale/
  9. Best Buy has traditionally started their online Black Friday sale in the early morning on Thanksgiving Day. The first of these sets begins on Thursday evening at 6pm EST, the second set begins at midnight on Thursday night and the final set begins Friday morning. Most, if not all of Dell's Black Friday specials will also include free shipping. Be sure to watch for unadvertised specials as well.
  17. Toys R Us announced in a press release that they will put the majority of their Black Friday deals online at 10pm EST on Wednesday night. Rewards R Us members get early access to some deals starting on Sunday. Toys R Us currently offers free shipping on most orders of $49 or more, or you can choose in-store pickup on most items. 18. 6pm.com always has one of the most popular online-only Black Friday sales. They typically run it for 24 hours starting at midnight EST on Friday morning. Look for new deals every hour during the sale. 6pm.com currently offers free shipping on all orders, as well as free returns. They typically also offer 10% off coupons for Black Friday.
  19. eBay had some of the best Black Friday deals last year and we expect the same this year. Most of their deals will appear on their constantly-updated eBay Deals section. All eBay Deals offerings include free shipping as well. We should have some item specifics for eBay's sale in the coming days.
  20. Groupon is having a Black Friday Bonanza sale throughout the last 2 weeks of November. Take a look at the ad link to the right for some of the deals they'll be having along with their start dates. Groupon offers free shipping on orders of $24.99 or more, as well as free returns on most Groupon Goods product orders.
