Kohl's is based in central time zone and they updated the site right at midnight with the $15 Kohl's Cash and deleted the Friends & Family stuff, so I still think it's coming soon.

Last year they started changing prices just after 10pm CST, so be aware it may be early again this year.

I wouldn't say a majority is online. There's a lot of the Samsung products which always are available a few days beforehand and some other random stuff but there's still a few hundred items that aren't online.

Free shipping on $50+ (no code needed). Don't know if there will be any working FS no minimum codes for Kohl's Charge. Usually they end those before the sale starts.
