Going to Vegas tomorrow for CES. Always interesting to see the new gadgets in January that will inevitably end up in Black Friday ads in November.

The drone deals we posted on the main site didn't do that well. The cheaper ones did better but overall they didn't seem to be that in-demand.

From my perspective, I think the best deals were in the 24 hour period from about 8pm Wednesday to 8pm Thursday.

Rather than use foam peanuts, I'll use GD merch as the packaging materials for your prizes, including some items that nobody has seen yet Which reminds me, I'm probably going to have some sort of "GD warehouse sale" in the next few months to clear out some merch from my basement. I've got a lot of stuff including some older GD and BF t-shirts, hoodies and more. I'll basically be selling this stuff for the cost of shipping. More details soon

It's time to announce the winners of our Black Friday contest! In total there were 8,572 entries earned, which includes double entries earned in the "Posted Black Friday Ads" and "Online Black Friday Shopping" sub-forums. The list of usernames/entries was put into Random.org and randomized 10 times. The first 2 names on the resulting list are the grand prize and runner up winners.
