I see a lot of different things. But my sister only wants a true sandwich press. So what is one really?

not sure...i was thinking maybe that breakfast sandwich press/maker? or a thing i had years ago, it was intended to make grilled sandwiches,and cut them in half. i thinki used it 5 times if that...

My guess would be a panini maker which is used to press and grill sandwiches.
