So I might have succumbed to the demonstration/free sample/coupon at BJ's. Any recipe ideas for a Christmas Eve appetizer. Too many listed on the web to choose from. tia

I love baked brie and its pretty easy. If you have any kind of pastry crust around like pie crusts, puff pastry, phyllo dough, etc. just top the brie with some jam/ jelly and then wrap it in the pastry sheet and bake. Serve with crackers. Nice and elegant but easy and very tasty!
