this was reviewed in todays edition of USA Today. It showed the Blu Ray retail price of $85 - so this is a great deal.

 

It also says that you can see Judy Garland's freckles in the blu ray edition!

If you just want the movie(no extra features or books and crap), Walmart is supposed to have it on Blu-ray for $19.99, but it is not listed online. It might be in-store only according to blu-ray.com.
