momee2twins
Any chance these will be on a deal? I haven't looked at them before, so I have no idea. And whatever we get for our six year old twins, their three year old little brother is gonna want. I've checked some re-sale sites, but the prices are almost what stores are charging new. shopping4my3son
I believe Vtech pockets were $25 at Walmart last year. I bought my middle DS a camera when it was on sale at Kohl's w/ a 30% off code and free shipping after black Friday.
jenna8110
I'd get a Leapster for your DS3. My son had a V-Smile and the Leapster was soo much better. They have a Leapster 2 now too. They have learning games for all ages! :)
shopping4my3son
Also the Vtech games work in the pocket version and also the console vsmile and are usually B1G1. My son has the console and I've always picked up the games during BF for cheap.
Elmck
DD has a leapster and loves it. She has also enjoyed her FP camera. The pictures from the camera are not worth printing though IMO. It has taught her how to take a good picture well good for a 6 year old. She loves to scrapbook with me, so I want to get her a better camera this year. wx4svr
My little cousin (~6 years old) received a Nintendo DSi and I swear it is the coolest thing since the Wii. LOL! I played with it for about an hour.
jellybean051901
My DD5 has a FP camera. It takes crappy pictures but she loves it. Plus it doesn't break when it hits the floor for the 300th time. She also has a Leapster 2 that she loves. We got games that go along with what she is learning in school like sight words. She wants a pink DSi so I went to Kmart today to put it on layaway. We already have a DS that she enjoys
richmond282
My DD5 has the Kidizoom camera and it is indestructible. It does not take high quality pics, but it's got features for pictures, videos, and games. My DD loves her camera! We also have a VSmile pocket. My DD loves it too. WE've never had any problems with it at all. The games are very easy for her to figure out. They are also cheaper than Leapster games. I would keep an eye out for sales on both the camera and the VSmile. They shoudl both definitely be on sale in some capacity around BF. HTH! shopping4my3son
I saw the V. Smile pocket on clearance today at Walmart for $30. I didn't look to see what came with it though.

I have the KidiZoom camera and KidiLook photo frame on dd7's list. I was looking at the FP camera and its so bignand bulky looking. And I like that VTech has the photo frame to go with it, so she can carry her pics around.
momee2twins
I saw that they have a new "cyber" pocket with a stylus. Anybody seen these? Is it worth the extra $$??
