I think you might have this confused with a USB flash drive which is usually 128MB - 2GB.

Don't think your v710 will work because you have BlueTooth on your computer. You need to purchase the Mobile Phone Tools set for v710, else it won't work.

would that mean you need to purchase the software to make v710 to talk to a bluetooth-enabled PC? If that's the case, then it's sucks.

 

if you own a nokia, you can download their software for free. not sure about sony erricsson.

Hm... interesting, I wasn't aware that you needed to buy software to get a V710 to work with a PC. My V710 works without anything additional on my Apple iBook.
