I received mine a few weeks ago. I still have the box it was shipped in and tracked it on the UPS site. It's showing that it was shipped on 9/2 and delivered on 9/9.

I actually got my coupons today for 5 full sized Suave products!! So it took forever, and writing an email asking where they were, but it works out 'cause I didn't get any shipping charges, and I can pick out the ones I want!! So if you ordered this and didn't get it... send an email to Suave, they sent the coupons within a week!!

I never got my order and emailed them. They sent me the 5 free products coupons instead. I received them last week or the week before.
