That's because that cart never sold for $199! Similar carts are sold for $50-$60 locally so only a fool would ever pay $199 for it. Kohl's "original" prices are almost always humorous.

I ended up getting two of these as Christmas gifts...one for a couple we always give something to and the other for my DS and his wife as an "extra" for their patio.

I received my cart yesterday and my son put it together. It's pretty nice. I like the removable tray. The only thing that bugs me is that the wheels are a little wobbly. Not bad for the price though, with care, I expect it to last a long time.
