I do not understand. If I am buying instore, should I buy on sunday btw those times specified to get percentage off? should I print this coupon and take it?

You need to take the coupon. I haven't been able to get the discount at my stores in the past without it but then again, others I think were able to get it by asking for the discount? So, safer to have it with you. Yes, you need to go on the day specified between the times it specifies......

Does anyone know if these % off work on clearance items? I have not yet come across a coupon at Penny's that works on clearance prices. I was hoping this one might be different.

I use the 15 off survey coupon every time I shop and always buy clearance and it takes it off. This coupon doesn't say it excludes clearance. I have had issues in the past where the discount didn't come off things that the coupons didn't exclude and I would have to get a manager to come and take the discount off manually because the cashiers refuse. Took some time but at least I still got the discount. .

Okay, good to know thats how it works. I was really ticked the last time I bought something that didn't say it excluded clearance items and the register didn't it ring it up correctly. I wound up just returning those few items. But I will work the system a little better next time!
