keycrew Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Thank you, I desperately needed some GOOD quality travel mugs. Looks like these are steel inside and not plastic and double walled too, so thanks a lot!
arelf27 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 That mug does look good. Would have loved to get two of these but can't seem to find any codes to make the deal sweeter.. What is the shipping charge?
magickallight Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Awesome deals! Thank you - I always forget to check their website!
linda_loo Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Starbucks® Drinking Chocolate Gift Tower $4.99 GREAT TEACHERS GIFT!!! Yeah, but that is a Christmas-theme... might be not too tasty by 12/09. (I received a gift basket from a student this year, and everything was dated 2007. YUCK!) Cute gift baskets... the Emerald Enchantment would be great to take as a host gift to a St. Paddy's party.
arelf27 Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Shipping is $7.99 for one mug then huh?? (I hate how they add $4 for even the 1st address. I liked the $3.99 for orders up to $15 price but it ended up being $7.99)
ashemgra Posted February 18, 2009 Author Posted February 18, 2009 (edited) It's still cold around here right now...I bought some to give as a 'just because' gift! My girls teachers are awesome! I always try to do a little something every 4-6 weeks to let them know how special they are and how much we appreciate all they do! From a small gift like the one above or a $10 gift card to the local pizza place or walmart. I did gift cards to the discount school supply place that always has great deals on here and make sure to email them when they are doing the big sale. I always try to keep it in the $5-$10 range except for Christmas I do around $20 as they can't take more than $25/gift...but doesn't say how many times a year you can 'gift' the teacher LOL! shipping ends up being less than $1.50/item for what I ordered...I didn't think it was bad and thought 6.50 for the chocolate set was still a good deal!
