wldfire68
Check your local pawl shops... I bought one for my daughter for... well... the price of lunch! :) But I think he said he normally sells them for 25-50 bucks.... depending on which calculator and its condition. 2spunky
Thank you for those tips! I did check my local craigslist and there are a few different ones listed. Any advice on brands or good models to get?
wldfire68
I would ask your daughters math teacher and/or the high school math teachers. See what they want her to have. Some teachers require a specific model. I think our school wants them to have a TI-82 or better.
trbarginhunter
If it's for high school, stick with a TI product. Some of the textbooks actually have screen shots in them, they tend to be TI calculators. And most of the SAT study materials are written fot hte TI...now if I could get DD to take it out of the package!
