Anyone think I can still get the Nerf Vulcan?

Am I SOL at this point? I am signed up for "notify me when available" at Toys R Us....anywhere else? I also have it in my Amazon cart which I check multiple times a day....Dh has decided at the last minute of course, that this "Has" to be Ds's Santa present....Help! I really don't want to pay the $60-$100 it seems to be going for on ebay or amazon's "other sellers"

All my Walmarts have them and Target is going to have them tomorrow for $30.I would suggest getting up early and go.Gl.

What kind of batteries does it use? The box has some weird LS20 or something on it, 1.5 volt, but amazon says 6 D batteries.
