I am looking for a pair of these in a womens size 8 for my daughter. At the converse "outlet" they are $45.00. Anyone know where to find a REAL deal on these????? Many thanks in advance!

They are 45 at Gap too. Right now they have a 20 off 100 promo, I don't know of any others at the moment.

You can get great deals on these throughout the year at the outlet, just not now. I've got about five Converse boxes hidden in my closet, for my kids to wear years from now :)

Don't know if you've gotten these yet or not. I got my daughter some from Kohls.com - they are mens sizes so you have to adjust it for your daughter. I think I ended up paying about $33. I tried ordering from other sites but they didn't have her size. Good luck!

P.S. Depending on your daughters age the ones from Target might not be what she is wanting. My dd is 14 and she said she didn't want the Target ones.

yeah, it's the low-cost Converse line ... kind of like the Levis Signature line. i wouldn't be surprised if teens had those lines pegged from 50 paces.

yes, the ones with stars are the low-end ... they're not knockoffs, because they really are made by converse -- they're not bootleg or anything. i also think they're cute. and there's a whole clothing line that's kind of funky too. but i'm not a teenager -- my 14YO SD wouldn't be caught dead in that stuff. "real" converse for her, all the way. (She had to have $50 high-tops for Christmas last year:shock:)

 

it's the same with the levis signature line of clothing that's sold at wal-mart -- that's a low-end model line. Usually levis jeans are not $20 or whatever they're sold for there. The regular line is always full price of $35 and up..it's quite hard to get a pair of Levis on sale
