clarklc34 Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 (edited) I bought this for my husband as an early xmas gift. He opened it that day and immediately had trouble, it wouldn't load the maps. So I brought it back to Kohls and they exchanged it for a new one, same model. This one worked great for one week. After that it quit on him again and now will not advance past the initial screen. At this point I called Nextar tech support and all they can tell me is to return to the retailer. I think I'm just going to return for a refund and shop elsewhere for a different brand. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you're not planning to open until xmas. Save your receipt!! Anyone else had this trouble? UPDATE! 1/4 ended up returning and exchanging one more time. worked for 3 weeks this time, just quit again! anyone else? Edited January 5, 2009 by clarklc34 UPDATE
