the nextar doorbuster gps from kohls last year. maps were so out of date that it didn't show anything built in the last ten years. kept it for awhile anyway b/c dh had no speedometer and this did the trick. then it broke after three weeks. exchanged for new unit and the same thing happened again. and again. total p.o.s. and waste of $

does everyone realize that this actually works out to a 10 day vacation if you use the $25 water park option? this would mean that you dont go to the four parks on the same days as the water parks or disney quest, but believe me this will still keep everyone plenty busy and you might even be able to work in some actual relaxation time, lol! that still works out to $500 for a 10 day vacation for my family of 5. and remember that military gets into sea world for free up to 4 people 1x/year through the annheuser busch heroes salute program (this applies to busch gardens in tampa too but you have to make the two hour drive from orlando and i believe that you would have to choose either s.w. or b.g. as you can only do one annheuser busch park/year for free)

I bought this for my husband as an early xmas gift. He opened it that day and immediately had trouble, it wouldn't load the maps. So I brought it back to Kohls and they exchanged it for a new one, same model. This one worked great for one week. After that it quit on him again and now will not advance past the initial screen. At this point I called Nextar tech support and all they can tell me is to return to the retailer. I think I'm just going to return for a refund and shop elsewhere for a different brand. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you're not planning to open until xmas. Save your receipt!! Anyone else had this trouble? UPDATE! 1/4 ended up returning and exchanging one more time. worked for 3 weeks this time, just quit again! anyone else?

i heard rumors that there is a new version in the works that comes with a keyboard. can anyone confirm this?

last night i got the i can play guitar for $19.99 and the cartridges for $3.74. was marked $39.99 and the cashier was really ticked that i was getting such a deal. this was after she refused to give me 90% on the scrapbooking and lps set. i had a smile on my face from ear to ear and that just made her even more angry. HA!

so does anyone think we'll see 90% tomorrow? my store has been 75% for 3 days now and they still have about 8 aisles left. should i be there at opening to find out?

everyone must have heard they are back in stock because the website is all jammed up "We are experiencing heavy website traffic. Please try again in a few minutes." oh well. called dick's sporting goods last night looking for the light blue mammoths and they just got a huge shipment, all colors and sizes. if the website sells out and you have a dicks near you, might be worth calling to check.

this morning i saw 2 of the pink ipod shuffles 30% off - $55.xx. also saw all of the 1000t.c. sheets from bf marked 30% off, lots of them at my store, worth watching for a while.
