mom2thegirls
It seems the tv I stood in line for on Thanksgiving morning has a dead pixel that is very noticable. I still have all the packaging I'm just not in the mood for a hassle. Any experiences out there?
Rockfordmom
call the tv company first and see what they say, kmart shouldn't give you a hassle but if they aren't getting any more of them in they may return it and not be able to get you another one, and make sure you keep all of the packaging
mom2thegirls
I took a 32-inch LCD HDTV back to K-Mart the other day and I had no trouble at all returning it. As a matter of fact I was surprised at how easy it was. I hope your K-Mart treats you the same way. Good luck. Thanks! Me too.
gal78
Not sure if it still works this way since they are now part of sears but a few years back we bought a t.v from Kmart with the extended warranty they offer. After we had it about 7 months one of the buttons on the front broke off inside the T.V. We took it in to the store filled out a paper & was told that we would receive a check for the full price of our purchase. Not only did we receive the check a few weeks later they also let us keep the T.V. ....hey..The button was broke but the remote worked just fine....haha.:) Maybe we just got lucky but that sure was a blessing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
