Just ordered the SanDisk Sansa Fuze for 49.99, plus a SanDisk 4GB microSD card, plus free ship to store for 68.88.

Radio Shack canceled my fuze. I see they are in stock (other colors) for $100. Seems they could have offered me a different color plus a gift card. Radio Shack has lost my business 100%.

I'm not happy with Radio Shack either after BF. On Thanksgiving Day they posted their BF ad online. So i ordered a PS3 controller that was in the ad for $29.99 and a GPS (not on sale) off their website. The order said in stock for both items. I placed the order and received an order confirmation. A few seconds later a pop up said they had removed the ps3 controller from my order because it is not available. WHAT?!?! So I called them. They said oh it happens sometimes. I told them to cancel the rest of my order and I would take my business elsewhere. They said ok and didn't care. So on BF we went to Radio Shack in the mall we were in to try to get the PS3 controller. The salesman said they were out but if we waited in line they could order us one and have it shipped to us. So we waited in line for 30 minutes only to get to the register and be told it could NOT be ordered!

I ordered the DVd+R discs that were on sale for 7.99 for a 50pack. No cancellation, but still hasn't shipping from the warehouse! Went into the Radio Shack where its supposed to ship too, they called and everything is still fine with order, but nothing has shipped as yet. Ridiculous. Its over a week and no ship?

I will NEVER shop at Radio Shack again. I had a horrible experience on BF with them. I get inside the mall at 5:40 and wait until they open at 6. There were 2 employees at the door asking if they could help us find something. I said, I am wanting the ipod and the docking station. He said, to the right of the store. Fine, I head over there. Someone was being helped already. So, when it's my turn, I said, I need an ipod. He said, oh, you have to wait in line and they will get it at the register. Fine, get in line that's almost back out the door now to wait for another 30 minutes. I get to the register and told them I needed an ipod touch. She said, we are out of the docking stations. I said how many did you have?? We only had about 3. I said can you call another store to see if available anywhere? No, they have been open since 5 and they've probably ran out. I said, if your employees would have told me the right info to begin with, I may have gotten one. I said, I don't want it. I call another Radio Shack close to my home. They had a couple left. No way I could make it from where I was at, so I call hubby. I asked if they could hold one that he would be there in 10 minutes. They said, we're not supposed to, but I will. I was so mad I was shaking at Radio Shack. Hubby got up at 6:30 and ran to get it for me. He was able to get one at that location. If I do shop there again, it will be at that location ONLY. They were not helpful or friendly at all at the mall location.

I got the same BAD deal -ordered the Sansa Fuze and the Ion USB turntable, and everything was fine until I got today's e-mail from them. Up to now, if I checked on order status, it said both items were in stock, so I didn't worry, just figured they were being slow getting stuff out. Little did I know they never had any intention of selling these items to me. So as soon as I get the items, (and TRUST ME, I will get them at the sale price,) Radio Shack will lose my business as well as that of everyone I know.:mad:

Well, just got an email from Radio Shack. They cancelled my order. I am so mad I could spit bullets. lol. I sent them an email telling them what I thought of their business practices. This after I talked to them and they said everything was fine.

I ordered two of the Sansa fuzes online as well and just got an e-mail that my ordered had been canceled. The things that makes me angry is that I had just called on Friday to inquire about the status and they said that they had already shipped :confused:

 

When I called today to ask what was going on, they apoligized and said that for only $20 more for each, I could order another color :no:

 

I ordered this the minute their BF prices went effective online and this makes me wonder if there ever were any in stock in the the first place or if this promotion was just to drive traffic to the site.

If you ordered one of the 4gb ones, it seems like they would honor the price, as they are still available online.

Only the red and blue are still in stock. And if you want one of those, you have to pay an extra $20. That's what I was told by a customer service rep. I can go other places and get the black 4GB cheaper than the red and blue that are still in stock. Like some others have already said, they lost my business as I've already gone elsewhere.
