But if you're viewing close (10 feet or closer), you'll want a 1080p HDTV. The article will help. That, of course, is looking at and *analyzing* 1080p content. My eyes say six feet. Also, unless you are watching blu-ray, your 1080p is scaled 720p or 1080i. 720p will look better on a 720p display than scaled to 1080p. Trust your eyes, folks. If you have trouble picking the winner when all the sets are lined up at CircuitCity, you won't be disappointed with the one you make the centerpiece of your living room.
