Brad Posted November 27, 2008 Share Posted November 27, 2008 We had this problem on this night last year as the Best Buy (and other stores) sale items went online. Please do not constantly refresh the forum pages to see the latest replies. This is not a chat room (we have one of those if you need it). Last year there was so much refreshing that it drastically slowed down the site and we turned off the forum until it calmed down. If it happens again this year, we'll simply shut down the forum again until it stops. While there may be a lot of people on the forum, there are about 10 times that many people trying to access the main Black Friday site, so it's important that those people can view that site as well.
