Actually...they are being tricky, the free s hipping is PART OF the 40%....so in actuality, you are not getting 40% off the price and THEN free shipping...it calculates to be PART OF the 40%. Not for me: I bought a checkbook cover for $9.99 (reg. $40.00) - used the 40% code and got $4.00 off the $9.99, then shipping was $5.48 and it took the entire $5.48 off making my total $6.48. :) Thanks OP!!
