scrapwave Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Don't have a Best Buy close to me at all but there is a Staples. I am wondering if Staples will price match a few BB items on BF? Specifically, I want to price match the Linksys router BB will have for $39.99. I know Staples has these in stock...I just bought 2 the other day for work but we haven't used them or opened them yet so I'm thinking of waiting till BF and price matching to get the better price, but want to make sure Staples will pm first. Thanks!

cincygurl Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 Make sure it is the exact same model number. I tried to price match a camera there with a camera on Best Buys website. The camera on the BB website was silver. The camera Staples had in stock was maroon. They wouldn't price match based on that fact alone. All of the camera features were the same, only the color differed.

They used to allow it but last year and this year even more there has been communication on this that we are not to price match anything that is bought early. Truly I dont get why anyone would do this to tell you the truth. If that was allowed the would everyone just come in and buy the stuff in the ad ahead of time and not have to wait in line?
