Hallmark Stores - do they?

Does anyone know if Hallmark stores do BF deals?

Just about any and all retail stores will have BF deals. The only exceptions that I can think of would be the mom & pop/family owned stores.

 

Chances are though that the Hallmark store will not have an advertisement about the deals.

 

I only know of a select few companies that do not do BF sales:
