taowyman Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 I saw this post and thought, ooooohhhh, I should check this out and make sure I get the hottest item out there for my DS. My almost nine year old (as I wipe a tear from my eye) says that these are boring and is not interested. Saving me money I guess......
davephillyj Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 You mean they are different? I thought they were basically all the same thing, just shaped different. YES, I am a dumb mom that know nothing about bakugan. My 8 year old is wanting some really bad. We don't have any as of yet.
JollyGG Posted November 12, 2008 Posted November 12, 2008 I was told that Toys R Us has been holding the bakugan's from their last couple of shippments back in preparation of having them for their sale this weekend.

lakj98 Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Wish I would have seen this earlier. I was lucky enough to find 5 on the shelf at Walmart today though. Thank Goodness cause I was afraid I would not find them before Christmas. Did not want to give my son the arena with no brawlers(I think that is what they are called).
sherrinfred Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 The TRU on Kenwood in Cincinnati had a ton of these in stock at the beginning of the week. (I went on Monday or Tuesday, can't remember?) From booster packs, to cards, to little figures (these were 3.99,) to 2 seperate launchers (one was 9.95 and the other was 14.95,) bookbags, arenas, and so much more. I've been trying to find these for weeks and was amazed at how much they had.
tjarena Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 I think you just have to hit it lucky. I got up at 5am and went to TRU to get some last Saturday and people were calling already. They were gone before I left the store at 7!
ourhappyfamily4 Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 our walmart ( we don't have a TRU) has PLENTY instock.. too bad you can't ship from store to store???like have a store call another location and have them ship it to them if something is needed? I lucked up on the arena, our local Goodwill just got in a shipment from Target( which they do every month) and there one sat on a toy table for $2.00!!
davephillyj Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 online at samsclub.com and costco.com for under $30!
onecutemoocow Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Just went to Target and walmart. DIdnt have any luck at target but picked up 7 packs @ walmart with 2 lunchers and one mat. :)
RBWilliams Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 I happened to swing by Wal-mart yesterday and they had several starter packs and single packs of Bakugans products in stock. A member even came and put more up while I was there. It was series one and two.
davephillyj Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 What is the difference in series one and two? I hate to sound stupid ..... but ..... DUHHHHH.... I am a mom, I have no Idea about this stuff. Now I know how my mom felt
RBWilliams Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Don't feel bad............All I know is what the packages say........Series one and Series two. I do know the Series two are slightly larger than series one based on previous comments. I'm sure capabilities and card are specific for one and two. I just grabbed cause they are so hard to find and figured my son would explain to me later.
