Energy Efficient Rebates/deals

I am purchasing an energy efficient top load washer from ABC warehouse. elow is the one we are really interested in.

 

I have heard of rebates for energy efficient rebates and deals. I was hoping to find some deals and wondered if anyone has any information.

Check your local utilities and gas companies websites. We have checked ours for rebates on our new washer and dryer, and we added 20" of insulation in our attic.

Best if your budget is tight:

Your Maytag was not tested, not even in the overall list of washers they had on the site.

They did say that some top load washers use more water and don't always wash as well as a front loader.

Thanks for the input, we have since bought the washer for $725. We are happy with the washer (so far after 2 days) and are crossing our fingers that we made a good purchase.

 

If anyone see's this product advertised for less, please let me know as ABC will price match for 90 days.

 

In this economy, every last cent counts especially if you are a student heading into her first career in Decmeber :)
