clearance toys

Our annual Toys for Tots toy run is coming up in a couple of weeks, so I am looking for good deals on clearance toys, but have only found so-so clearance so far. Any suggestions?

I would try Big Lots if you are looking for craft/art kits for older kids. They were

around $5 there. Also, they had puzzles for cheap. They had a good selection

of toys, but they were not super cheap.

 

I just found some nice kid art sets at Target for $3.24. They were Faber-Castell

Creativity for Kids "My First Portrait" and some kind of art kits. These are great

for older kids.

 

Dollar Tres has nice puzzles (animals, Disney, Care Bears, etc.) that might be

good.

 

Michaels runs sales on toys and art kits, too. You can check their website for

their current ad. I picked up an art set for $2.99 a few weeks ago.

Be sure to check Target and the endcaps in toys and in the aisles. Also check their books. They have some childrens books that have sound that are on clearance.

 

Also check Borders Bookstore, I find books with sound and books that come with toys on clearance there all the time.
