We have this TV and LOVE IT! Ours is the Plasma. The picture is much clearer than any of the others in the $600-$1,000 price range. I picked it up at Walmart B&M for $547, I think.

I also just bought this TV about a month ago after my other TV was hit with lightning. It is a wonderful TV. I am so thankful that I chose the Vizio. I bought mine at Costco to get the extra warranty, and I can't remember the price. It may have been $549??

Another fan of vizio here..had my 42" almost a year now..love it. I bought it at BJ's for

$800ish last Christmas time
