Go visit www.portableapps.com and www.portablefreeware.com for all kinds of cool programs. I carry one with me most of the time, it's great for jumping on my parent's or in-law's computers and checking e-mail, surfing, etc. Firefox (or Opera) Portable can sync with your desktop's web browser favorites and you can go anywhere.
