alimfp
Maybe I'm dense, but what did Sears do wrong? Did they not honor the terms of the warranty?I agree. But if you had outright bad customer service, that is what she be reported and complained about. I'm all about reporting bad customer service and such, but the warranty thing is what it is.. but the bad CS? That's another ballgame and needs reported. chrisjuvers
I bought 2 tires from Sam's club and then I went back 2 weeks later and was told that they don't carry those tires anymore! Too bad for us. They wouldn't return them or take them back. I love sam's but we will never use the auto department again. I drive a dodge ram quad cab truck and I ended up spending a little over $1000 for a new set of tires. i have large rims so this was a good deal but I still have those 2 sam's tires. I don't buy the tire warranty. It's like $7 to get a tire patched or sometimes you need to get it replaced but it's usually not owrth the prorated warranty.
