cbtlab
My 22 yr old daughter has had a blood clot in her left leg. She has been told to wear support stockings but they are so uncomfortable. Does anyone have any that aren't so tight at the waist but still firm on the legs.... She is short and although not overweight she isn't skinny!!!! jcarr492
Good luck...I can't even stand to wear regular panty hose cause they cut in to my abdomen and leave that crease like their too tight. UGH.

tokanm
Didn't the hospital give her a pair of TEDS stockings? They should have they are made specifically to prevent/avoid clots
Penelope
My friend had to wear those when she was pregnant, even in the summer. You may want to try a maternity store. Maybe they will be a little roomier.I think they are supposed to be tight to help with the blood clots. I thinkmy friend got the support stockings online. Here is one site that has them: http://store.babycenter.com/product/code/3951.do?scid=SSE:BZRT&srccode=cii_10043468&cpncode=12-45312889-2 Good luck!
