BigNate
One of my vehicles needed a new oxygen sensor so I ordered one from Rock Auto (for anybody needed car parts it's ridiculously cheap, very good deals) and they Fedexed it out. Fedex left a message on my door yesterday that said they would leave it at the apartment office this morning. It said they came by at 6:30 PM. I called the office this morning, they said Fedex had been by, but they didn't get anything for me. I checked online and Fedex said that they delivered it, yesterday at 7:00 PM. This is a small part but it retails for $120-180 if I you buy it at an autoparts store (I paid $50, but still). Nobody seems to know where my part is. ARG! Shortness
Sorry to hear about your shipment. I hope you find it somehow. Once, we found a fedex package that someone tossed on the ground near our gate. It was for a neighbor down the block. Another time, they delivered a package of ours to that same neighbor. Fedex may be faster, but they don't seem to give a darn who they deliver the package to. I called them the first time and told them and they said, "oh, thanks"... BigNate
I'm just angry that they said they would deliver it the next morning, but then the driver marked it as delivered right after they left the note. Now it's not in the system. My bet is the driver wanted his "delivered packages" number to be better. I'm just worried that now it's no longer being tracked that it will get lost and I'll never see it.

I think they just marked it delivered to make their numbers look better (I know many delivery services rate their drivers by number of packages delivered per shift) and figured they would bring it back later. Penelope
I used to work for Verizon and we always had a problem with customers not getting their packages, even when they showed it was delivered. As soon as the customer called us, we would ship out another phone. You should call Rock Auto and see what they say. They are the ones who have the contract with FedEx, so ultimately, it is up to Rock Auto to ensure that you get the items you ordered.

Sue-Z-Q
The burden off proof is on them (Fed ex has to prove that they delivered it). I hope you get it very soon, if you haven't already.

At least that is how the PO works...even if it was delivered somewhere else...a scan is proof of delivery, you can't make a claim. Unless there was a signature required, then you could have a case.
