Needing snowboarding clearances

If anyone comes across some "awesome" clearances for snowboarding, please

PM me or just reply to this thread.

I'm needing to get a snowboard and bindings and whatever else it needs for my DS12

for Next years season. Thought I'd keep my eye out early for the clearance deals.

You can check toysrus thats where we got our kids their first snowboards. :)

He's needing a real good one.

He is in a ski club in school and they go down all the slopes. So rather

than pay for the rentals every year, I'm wanting to find him something he

can use for a year, two possibly three if I can. But he's on one heck of a growth

spurt. SO thats why I need clearance.

Can someone please explain if there is difference in bindings? I see some are $50 and some are $90 and they all look the same to me. Is there something I need to pay attention to when looking at them?

My DS actually got his from the ski resort themselves...he got a really got deal in the

rental shop...I guess they sell the old ones when they buy the new equipment. It was

completely refurbished and like new.
