goofyfan
I gave my sister my old kodak and have been looking for a new camera for a month and now am more confused than ever. I was just going to buy a new kodak and walmart for about 89.00 because it had more megapixels and better zoom than the old one and I always liked that the old kodak was so easy to use. Reading reviews now scares me and have looked for one up to $200.00. Everyones imput will help me decide LOL I just want it to take pictures at home and when I go to Disneyworld. Thanks in advance
bayhaysay
I have a Samsung and I have had no problems. I had a kodak previously and I liked it. It doesn't get good reviews but I really never had any problems with mine. Here is a like to the one I have. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5639903
amyers12345
I have a Kodak Easy Shar Z760 and love it. It's a couple of years old now, and they have comparable ones for much less than what I paid for this one. Also, I have heard many good things about the Canon's. A decent one can be picked up for $120-150.
kselzer
I have a Panasonic Lumix & bought it off Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-DMC-LZ7K-Digital-Camera-Stabilized/dp/B000MW7B0I/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1200317562&sr=8-2 Now that I see the new price I want some money back!! At that price I would say it is a great deal, I paid about $175 back in Sept. 07. I took it on vacation in Europe for 4 weeks and have some awesome pics to show for it. trbarginhunter
We have 3 Kodaks and love them all, just bought the last one for my shutterbug DH, he's picky about camera lenses, etc and he loves it. His is the one with the really zoom lenses, DD and I have the pocket size ones and they take great pics. The software is super easy and has plenty of photo edit features for us. llist
I've had 2 Sony Cybershots and have loved them. It all depends on what brand you prefer. If you've had success with Kodak and thats what you like and what you're used to, I'd say stay with that.
freesia39
canon A570 - 147.13 http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-A570IS-Digital-Stabilized/dp/B000NK3H4S/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1200327651&sr=8-1 i just like canons in general. the a570 is a little bulkier, and the sd1000 is definitely more pocketsized/compact. depends on what you prefer. tokanm
I have both a Pentax and a Kodak...like them both. I think the Pentax 8 mp is a little more user friendly
goofyfan
Thanks everyone, I think I will just go ahead and get the kodak, I did like the simplicity of the one I had, and I think it took decent pictures, good enough for me anyway.
