SgtAmi
I just got done adding up how I did this week in my first week of couponing/drug store hopping. Now normally, I just go to Wal Mart. I made a list of what I got this week at Walgreens, CVS and Rite-Aid and marked which ones I would have bought this week regardless. The total at WalMart prices came to $125(and that was giving them some slack to best case scenario). What I actually spent for those things and way much more was $104 (the rest of the things that I got would have been at least an additional $132). When you factor in rebates, gift of savings and unspent ECBs and RR that I will use, I will have only spent $9. And I only had coupons from 12/16 (bought 3 papers) and what is available online. I have no stockpile. Additionally, most of the money for the stamps to mail the rebates and free gift offers comes from change I found lying around the parking lots. Guest macedon1001
Thanks for the post. I've been reading CVS easy care rebate (ECB) thread. I never gave drugstore purchases much thought before but will definitely be doing my purchasing much more wisely now...Thanks to GottaDeal.com....my new favorite website!!!
