And received the same as the other one its not new and its not what it says it suppose to have

There solution is to order another one lol and get the same thing I have

I tried for a percentage off and nothing they won't budge but maybe someone else will have some luck

I am really ticked that they sold the same item under a different description and sent the same thing both times

I think you have a legitimate complaint. According to Amazon's ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number), you were shipped the wrong product.

oh man..I ordered it..got it yesterday and wrapped it already...it's under the tree. I really didn't even look that closely at it and didn't open the box. Maybe I should unwrap it just to check.

They shipped you the wrong item. You should be able to get return this and get the correct item. Call them adn tell them that you recived wrong item. They should correct the mistake.

Yep, I just looked at mine and it is not the "New" Color Wonder, it is the old one... The box does not say new on it like in the 2nd picture on Amazon. However it does match the Item model number: 75-2500 that JayR posted above... I guess I don't care.
